You have reached out to us to help you with a project. We will promptly respond, possibly with a list of questions and some possible dates to book an on site meeting.
From our initial on site meeting we are able to determine the scope of work. This allows us to identify some of the trades, suppliers and technical professionals that will be involved in your project. The home renovation process in Victoria doesn’t have to be complicated.
Investigate
Depending on the size of your project we will need to do some preliminary research and investigation. This is where we hire our trade professionals such as Designers/Architects, engineers and surveyors. This step can be necessary before a quote can be determined. On smaller projects we can sometimes skip this step and go straight to quoting your job.
Design
The Design phase will include defining a detailed scope of work. Work with you or your representative to create a beautiful design, then generating required permit drawings, architectural plans, engineering requirements and design specifications such as finishes and fixtures. The permitting process on the South Island can be complex, that’s what we are here for! This is always a great stage where you can really start seeing your design coming to life.
Build
This is where the fun really begins for the home renovation process in Victoria! We have an accepted quote, have received a deposit and all permits have been approved. We begin the process of making your dream a reality. Regular communication, walk throughs and progress reports will be done throughout the project.
Our final step of our process is ensuring you are settled and satisfied with the final product.
